Den Hart
Creative Director
Member, Puppeteers
of America
Den's involvement with performing and puppetry began in
1970. He starred as Charlie Brown in The Gospel According to Peanuts, Senator Savage in The Curious Savage, the marionette Pierrot in Pinnochio, and an eccentric chef in the comedy, Out of the Frying Pan. His experience in theater deepend as he began to study mime. He wrote, directed, and starred in several powerfully dramatic pantomimed productions for various churches throughout Southern California.
Den later taught
acting and puppetry for one of the leading Inland
Empire theater youth organizations, Christian
Arts & Theater (C.A.T. Corona) for four years.
His classes were wildly popular and usually filled
to capacity quickly, often with returning students.
An accomplished art director since 1984, Den's portfolio also includes character design as well as creative graphics for a wide range of B2B and B2C markets.

Kasey Bierwirth
Musical Director/1st Puppeteer
Kasey is a musical composer whose talents include playing trumpet, French horn, and piano. She has been the Musical Director for many local shows, including “The Wind in the Willows”, “A Hometown Christmas”, “Swinging in the 20’s”, “Stompin’ Out Trash”, and “What a Wonderful World”. Rounding out her abilities in music, Kasey is also a singer. She was a Citrus Singer for 2 years under the direction of Ben Bollinger, during which time she toured Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil in South America singing Classical Music. She also toured the Hawaiian Islands and New York singing Pop Music. Her Stage credits include: the world premiere of “Sequins the Musical”, “Crazy for You”, “Christmas Is…” and “WOW”. Kasey is currently writing the score to a new musical called, “Entry #127” which will be premiering in Los Angeles 2010. She has also recently completed composing the original music for Flutterby Puppets' all-new water conservation show, "Anthony's Great Bathtub Adventure" which is scheduled to premiere in
early Spring 2009.

Kii-Chii "Kotch" Keiser
Storyteller/Puppeteer/Vocal Artist
Kotch Keiser was born in Baltimore Maryland and grew up in East Providence, Rhode Island. She attended Rhode Island Young Shakespearean Theater and later became a member of Brown University's African Arts Department where she performed African folk tales for grade school children. She later studied film and acting/directing at Emerson College in Boston. 1998 Kii-Chii helped open White Bison Theater Company in Phoenix, Arizona, and performed in dinner theater productions which directed proceeds of the shows to "Shanti", a local AIDS hospice. Before moving to Southern California, Kii-Chii performed with her sister To-Ree-Nee in the play, "Having Our Say - The Delaney Sisters: 100 Years". The Delaney sisters were the first freed African American dentist and teacher in Harlem, New York.
Kii-Chii ("Kotch") is an experienced artist in commercial film production, as well as live theater, and has recently provided vocals for "Anthony's Great Bathtub Adventure" for Flutterby Puppets. Her wonderful character portrayal and vocals are a welcome addition to the Flutterby Arts creative family.

Sarah Pittman
1st Puppeteer/Performer/Vocal Artist
Sarah is an accomplished actor and puppeteer
who got her start at Christian Arts and Theater in
Corona, where she has performed in multiple live theatrical
productions including "Charlotte's Web",
"Scrooge", "Beauty and The Beast",
"A Midsummer Night's Dream", as well as
Redlands Footlighters' "The Best Christmas Pageant
Ever".
While at C.A.T. Corona, Sarah also assisted in backstage
production, produced costumes, and developed her considerable
puppeteering skills and vocal talent.
Sarah is storyteller "Miss Sarah" in our production of Adventures in Mogg Swamp and she performs a wide range of puppets.

Warner Adachi
1st Puppeteer/Storyteller
Warner's career in the performing arts began when
he was asked to be a youth leader at his local church.
To keep the attention of the youth and try to teach
them at the same time, he incorporated puppets and
original pantomime routines.

After performing/teaching
in classroom settings and conferences, his reputation
preceded him and he was soon performing for the adults
in various comedic and dramatic roles. Recently, he
has been clowning around with a group from Laguna
Woods Village bringing smiles to children and adults
with his puppet routines.

Pam Hart
Co-owner/Creative Consultant
Pam is our creative consultant and has over twenty
years experience as a Child Development specialist.
Pam holds a degree in Child Development and was a
teacher's aide for over twenty years with the Los
Angeles Unified School District. She has taught at
children's centers throught Los Angeles and Orange
County since 1974. She retired in 1998.
Today she owns and operates Flutterby Arts, an arts
